Gary Giepert is a native of New Orleans where he graduated as valedictorian from Brother Martin High School. Gary went to LSU from which he obtained a degree in accounting in 1984 and then attended the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center from which he graduated in December 1987. Gary Giepert has been involved in construction litigation, commercial litigation, preparation of wills, successions, real estate agent errors and omissions and insurance coverage work. Gary has practiced in front of all levels of court in the federal system and in front of all state and local courts.
Gary Giepert is an arbitrator for the AAA Construction Section and has practiced as a litigant in construction and commercial arbitrations and mediations. Gary Giepert is a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors Bayou Chapter.
He is a proud member of the New Orleans Rugby Club and was recently voted into the New Orleans Rugby Club’s initial Hall of Fame class. He is also a volunteer rugby coach at his alma mater, Brother Martin High School.
About Jonathan Giepert
Jonathan Giepert was raised in New Orleans where he attended Brother Martin High School. He then pursued a degree in civil engineering from LSU with a minor in business administration. After graduation, Jonathan went to work for a local construction firm on the GIWW West Closure Complex.
In August 2011, Jonathan returned to school to attend Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. While at Loyola, he achieved the highest grade in Construction Industry Law Seminar and also had the opportunity to participate in the Vienna Summer Legal Studies Program.
